We've recently written a guest post on the Which? Trusted Trader website in which I expressed what it meant winning Which? Trusted Trader of the Year 2020.
We believe our values of customer service, high standards, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile put us in a fantastic position to win the award.
Since joining Which? Trusted Trades in June 2017, we haven't looked back. We now have premises in the south of Glasgow and are looking to continue to grow.
However, we could never have imagined winning Which? Trusted Trader of the Year, which meant that we were mentioned in the House of Commons and congratulated by the First Minister of Scotland, Nicola Sturgeon.
Not content to sit on our laurels, we're always looking for ways to improve and more importantly give back to our community. We've recently started working with the Dreams Come True charity carrying out room makeovers for disabled and terminally ill children.
We'd like to dedicate our award to both our loyal customers and the children we've worked with through Dreams Come True.
